How to get rid of Windows Messenger

Just follow the following steps:

Go to Start->Run.Then type "gpedit.msc".Now go to:

-Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->Windows Components->Windows Messenger

Here you can enable
"Do not allow Windows Messenger to be run"
and
"Do not automatically start Windows Messenger initially"

This will let you get rid of the annoying windows messenger!!!!

Note:This trick works only for windows xp sp2 professional and windows 2000 professional.It does not work on windows xp sp2 home edition.
