Dude,first tell me how many people you know that are not using this?I can bet that I know more than double of those who use this and run entire businesses on it(remember those ads in the newspaper for data recovery where data is recovered after hard disk crashes and virus attacks)

in this case .. is there a way to delete your files without the possibility of ever being recovered by programs?

yes there is a way to delete your files so that no software could ever recover them....there are many free applications available for this purpose...just search on download.com...u will find many of them...I use the one that comes with Spybot search and destory...it is a free to use spyware remover tool that also comes with a Secure Shredder feature for permanently deleting files...

do u mind starting a topic on antivirus softwares.. too many out there.. and too many reviews of good and bad..

I don't noe which one to choose (both shareware and freeware)

The market is flooded these days with loads and loads of antivirus/antispyware softwares...both free ones and paid ones.I will make a post on this topic very soon.
As for your confusion, I would suggest you use Kaspersky Internet Security 2010- This is one of the best ones available today. A very good alternate to this would be ESET NOD32- This is equally good.Another decent one is Bitdefender. All these are paid ones. Dont use AVG FREE, it is one of the worst antivirus softwares.
Accompany the anitvirus software with an antispyware tool too http://technogeekzz.blogspot.com/2006/09/best-antispyware-softwares-on-net.html .Using both of them together will very well protect your system from all kinds of security threats.
